Items in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. Pre-orders need 8-12 business days for processing, authentication and delivery.

Visit My Account page and you will find all your personal information there. You can make changes to your name, surname, delivery address or change your password.

• Visit My Orders page and you will find a list with all of your purchases. You can see the status of  your order under the ‘Status’ column. 
• If we have provided you with a tracking number visit ACS Courier and type in your delivery code.

2. You can click on the Instagram icon on the bottom left of your screen to contact us on Instagram. If there is nobody online at that moment, someone from the Sneak Freaks Cy team will reply back soon.

Always make sure you provide accurate information so that you avoid any issues with your orders. In case you have entered an incorrect delivery address and there is a pending order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Currently, purchases from our website are only shipped in Cyprus.

We always ensure that all orders are up to standard for our customers’ best experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it please contact us via email, at eshop@sneakfreakscy.com or by filling in the form above.

Please note that returns must be made within 3 business days and items must be in the condition you received them. Refunds are made with store credit, unless there has been a mistake on our behalf.
