Refund and Return Policy

Our Refund and Return Policy lasts 3 business days. If 3 business days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please note: 
Only defective or damaged items with notable flaws can be refunded. If an item is in perfect condition then it cannot be refunded or returned. Refunds are made with store credit, unless there has been a mistake on our behalf. Pre-orders are non-refundable.
 
Exchanges are only viable for items of the same value, if the item in question is in stock. Exchanges with an item of greater value can be done, given that the difference in value is covered by a payment method. Pre-Orders cannot be exchanged.
 
To be eligible for a refund, return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with no missing parts.
 
The withdrawal request must be sent within 3 business days from the date of delivery, via one of the following methods:
 
1. Communication through our website using the contact form expressing a clear statement of withdrawal.
 
2. Communication via e-mail at moc.ycskaerfkaensobfsctd@pohse expressing a clear statement of withdrawal.
 
 
By accessing our website and/or placing orders, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the “Refund & Return Policy”, “Terms and Conditions” and in the “Privacy Policy
 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 
Refunds
 
Refunds are only eligible if the item is defective or damaged, or has a notable flaw. Once your return is received, it is inspected to verify that it is in the condition it was delivered. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are made with store credit, unless there has been a mistake to on our behalf.
 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. An email with your store credit will be sent shortly after. If it is a matter of a mistake on our behalf and you wish to be refunded via your original form of payment, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Late or missing refunds
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
 
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing delivery insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
